While I prefer the simplicity of modern and contemporary design, I do not attempt to impart an aesthetic style, or fashion, upon my clients. I approach each site, design and, most importantly, each client individually. Instead of subscribing to an architectural "style" per se; I hold a strong ideology of how projects dynamically come together and fit into their landscape or context. 

 

My architectural emphasis, in a residential and commercial architecture, is placed on the client's personal experience of interaction, movement through and enjoyment of the space. It is about how the fit and flow of spaces are brought together through sequence, scale, light, spatial and visual layering in a coherent manner. 

 

I believe a predetermined developed style sets limitations and hinders creativity. Each client, each project and each set of parameters calls for its own unique response. I appreciate the challenges each project presents and enjoy watching the design naturally unfold during the process.

 

In the end, you can expect a design that reflects your, and not my, personal style.
